ESSENTIAL BUSINESS INFORMATION

Working to Keep your Business Moving

As the current COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, numerous states have enacted “Shelter in Place” orders limiting operations for businesses deemed non-essential. Ted Ondrick Materials Group is deemed an Essential Business permitted to continue to operate pursuant to Executive Orders issued by the Governor of Massachusetts and other applicable state and local law.

Our group warehouses and manufacturing facilities remain open and operational because we support other essential businesses themselves, such as professional contractors/public works/remediation, and sustain the “critical need” for maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences, Essential Activities, and Essential Businesses.

We are fortunate to remain open, providing the essential materials mentioned above and ensuring that during these uncertain times, we are able to provide support to your business plus stable employment for our associates.

We feel that it is our responsibility, with the health and wellness of our customers and employees being of the utmost importance, to address the situation and inform you what we are doing to keep everyone safe. We want you all to know that we are keeping ourselves aware of all the updates as they are released and are following the recommendations set out by the CDC, WHO, and the State of Massachusetts.

DURING THIS TIME OUR FACILITY IS CURRENTLY STILL OPEN WITH OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.

If you are not feeling well or may have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we ask that you do not visit our facility in order to avoid exposing our employees and the rest of our loyal customers.

The CDC has given us all specific guidelines – and we are following them:
  • Keeping adequate social distancing.
  • Following recommended cleaning protocols.
  • Requiring anyone with any symptoms to stay home.
We ask that our customers respect these rules – as we will during this time.

Along with the safety of our employees, our top priority is to ensure that we continue to provide high quality service to all our customers.

While:
  • Working with staff in the yard – selecting and loading material – we are there to assist you as we all respect recommended CDC social distancing.
  • Picking up orders in the yard, we will be handing all paperwork/sign outs through the window.

We thank you for all your continued business and support. If you have any questions or concerns you can reach us at 413-592-2566. We hope everyone is staying healthy.

Thank you,

Ted Ondrick Materials Group
